Yvonne Sydnor, President of  Dynamic Conference™, began developing the business plan for her company in 2009 after making a decision to leave her position as Senior Vice President of Global Conferencing Operations for Citigroup (Citi) and head up her own company.

The company’s integrated telecommunications services include multimedia audio, video, and web conferencing, and video messaging application services.

As Senior Vice President for Global Operations, Yvonne was responsible for Citi's multimedia conferencing & communication services and technology solutions for audio, web and video conferencing and live video streaming products at the global, regional, country and local levels across every Citi business group and division, which under her leadership developed assets that saved Citi over $50 million in spending and is still part of Citi's portfolio today.

Yvonne is a strong leader with motivational management style and reputation for building and retaining highly motivated teams, vendor networks, and vendor representatives. She has a proven track record of strong initiative, personal responsibility, ownership of work and a reputation for removing obstacles to make things happen.
